About The Therapeutic Setting.....

Carolee calls both her dance therapy studio, and the process she guides people through, Inner Dance. She has been practicing Dance Therapy for over 30 years, the last 10 in Rush NY. Her studio is intentionally located outside the noise of the city -- requiring a short drive in the country. This simulates the journey from everyday consciousness to the awareness of self and nature that brings in the spiritual dimension. The studio overlooks a pond and wooded area, full of lush greenness. She believes that through nature we also are able to access spiritual connections which are healing.

Take 390 South to Rush Exit 11.

Turn left at next two lights.
Follow route 251 into Rush, turning right at the light onto 15 A.

Follow 15 A through the village, curving left as you pass the white church.

From there, go just over one mile, passing Phelps Rd. & turn right onto Keyes Rd.

Keyes dead ends onto Phelps, turn left onto Phelps.

Innerdance Studio is first house on your right – 757 Phelps, with stained glass window.
