
DMT is a
process whereby you bring your mind, body and spirit to a special therapist and
environment. You can learn new things about your physical body, and ways to be
more expressive. It is also a process where you can slowly allow yourself to be
seen, understood, and valued by another. Many of us have had
childhoods where this has not been possible, and we continue to replicate old
dynamics in current relationships. The therapy relationship, held in the emotional
openness of the therapist, and welcoming spiritual guidance, heals past wounds and puts together again any separateness of body, mind
and spirit. It paves the way for full dynamic living with many personal choices.
